This notice explains what SINGULLUM (“the House”, “we”, “us”) does with personal data, and what you may require of us. It applies to this website and to the private correspondence that follows an enquiry made through it.
Nothing is collected yet. The private viewing form is not connected to a receiving system: submitting it today returns an error, and nothing you enter is stored or forwarded anywhere. There is also no registered company yet to act as controller of that data. The rest of this notice describes how personal data will be handled once viewing requests are open and an operating company is in place — read it as a statement of intent, not of what is happening today.
What the House will collect
- What you tell us
- When you request a private viewing you give your name, your city and country, an email address, optionally a telephone or WhatsApp number, the nature of your interest, a preferred location and, if you wish, a personal note.
- What the request itself reveals
- Our hosting provider records the technical detail a web request carries — an IP address, a timestamp, the page requested — to keep the site available and secure. These logs are not joined to your enquiry.
The House does not run an advertising network, does not build behavioural profiles, and does not sell or share personal data for anyone else's marketing.
Why we use it
To answer the enquiry you send, and, once a conversation is under way, to carry on that conversation. To keep the site secure and available. Where a discussion leads towards a Creation, to meet the ordinary identity-verification obligations that apply to a dealer in high-value goods.
Who else sees it
Only the small number of service providers who help us run this site and respond to enquiries — our hosting provider and the system that receives viewing requests — each bound to keep it confidential and to use it for no other purpose. We do not sell personal data, and we share it with a public authority only where the law obliges us to.
How long we keep it
- An enquiry that does not continue
- Deleted within twenty-four months of our last exchange, unless you ask for it to go sooner.
- An enquiry that becomes a Creation
- Kept for as long as the ordinary tax and accounting rules that apply to us require.
- Technical logs
- Kept briefly for security purposes, then discarded.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, object to how we use it, ask for it in a portable form, and withdraw any consent you have given.
Write to privacy@singullum.com. We answer within one month, and we do not charge for this. If you are unsatisfied with our answer, you may complain to your own national data-protection authority — but we would rather you told us first.
Security
This site is served only over an encrypted connection. Viewing requests are validated on the server and passed to the receiving system over an authenticated channel. Access to enquiry data is limited to those members of the House who need it.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has sent us an enquiry, write to us and it will be deleted.
Changes
When this notice changes materially, we will update the date it carries.
