Terms & Legal Notice

This website is an introduction, not a shop. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and no Creation changes hands without a signed agreement.

Who you are dealing with

This website is published by SINGULLUM. “SINGULLUM”, “the House”, “we” and “us” mean the operating company behind it. Correspondence on legal matters is received at legal@singullum.com.

This website is not a shop

Nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance, and no part of this site allows a Creation to be bought. What the site offers is an introduction. A Creation passes only under a separate written agreement, signed by both parties, which sets out the Creation, the price, the terms of payment and delivery, and the covenant that attaches to it. Where those terms and this page differ, that agreement prevails.

The covenant, as an obligation

The Never Again covenant is not a line of advertising. It is a contractual undertaking given in the agreement for each Creation: the design is retired on completion, the mould is destroyed or permanently sealed, and the House will not produce that design again — not in another stone, another colour, another metal, or at another scale, and not for another client. Its terms, and the remedy if it were ever broken, are stated in full in that agreement. You may read the covenant before you enquire.

Stones, photography and description

Every Creation begins with a natural stone, and natural stones are not uniform. Colour, inclusion, saturation and tone differ between two stones of the same species, and differ again under different light. Photography and screen rendering shift colour further; no image should be relied upon as a colour match.

Where the House describes a stone — species, treatment, weight or origin — that description is given on the basis of an independent laboratory report, which is provided with the Creation. Imagery on this site that is illustrative rather than a photograph of a specific Creation is captioned as such.

Price, availability and enquiry

Prices are given privately, on enquiry, and are held open only for the period the House states. An enquiry places you under no obligation, and imposes none on the House: we may decline to proceed, and need not give a reason.

Identity verification

Before a Creation is agreed, the House may ask you to verify your identity, as is standard practice for a dealer in high-value goods. What is collected for this purpose is handled as our privacy notice describes.

Intellectual property

The designs, photography, text, typographic arrangement and code of this site belong to the House or to its licensors. The name SINGULLUM and the House emblem are trade marks of the House, whether registered or not. You may read, print and quote from this site for your own private purposes, with attribution. You may not reproduce it commercially, present it as your own, or use any part of it to train a model or build a dataset without our written permission.

Using the site

Use it lawfully. Do not attempt to breach its security, interfere with its availability, submit another person's details as your own, or send a viewing request by automated means.

Liability

The site is provided as it stands. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of error, and the editorial material in the Journal is written to inform, not to value a stone or to advise on a purchase or an investment. Do not treat it as either.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that the applicable law does not permit to be excluded. Your rights as a consumer under the law of your own country are unaffected by anything written here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the House is established. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country of residence.

Tell us first. Write to legal@singullum.com and we will answer. Most matters end there.
